Transformative Fall

Posted on September 24, 2025September 23, 2025 by Virtual Afro Woman

As we begin the fall season, let us reflect on the good things that happened to us in the summer while thinking about the transformative events that will soon take place. In this season, the leaves change colors because of the temperature change. The trees will eventually shed these leaves to conserve their water and energy. In this season, we shall not feel be ashamed to let things go and conserve space for ourselves to heal and transform. Each season of our lives brings something different. Let this concept continue as you go into the winter in preparation for the spring season.

We should not be fearful of releasing ourselves from what holds us back. People who bring unwanted energy. The places that cause us stress. We should allow ourselves to take the necessary breaks. We should find any moment to bring in calm in this cooler season. Fall is a season of harvest. A season where we plant the seeds they will help us grow and become a better version of ourselves when the weather once again warms. To end, may this fall season bring you to a place of recognizing what you need and give you the space to work on them.
