What do you complain about the most?

I am thankful for having a career and being able to work. But having to deal with office politics over the years has been exhausting. I have a motto that says, ” I do my job effectively, then I go home.” When I hear the stories and actually witness events that are horrible interactions between humans, I get mad. Why is it that people feel like they can treat people badly. The sad part is it’s usually those in the higher positions.
So, when other people start to witness these situations, we all start to complain almost daily about the negativity. We see people who are great at what they do leave the job because they fail to feel supported. I would love to not have to complain about this, but I feel like since the Covid pandemic, its been worse and is a major reason why so many don’t want to work. In the end, I can’t let this stress me too much so I take my deep breaths and do my best, all while complaining.
