What are you passionate about?
Is it what you are currently pursuing or something else?
Being passionate about something is not always the path one goes down career wise but there is opportunity for one to still work on it.

Next, it’s about holding yourself accountable for continued engagement in these passions and allowing yourself to feel balanced and centered in your day-to-day life.
So, what can you do?
- Create a Schedule: make sure you allot a set time each week or even each day to engage in your passions. Set reminders in your phone or put on your calendar.
- Create your Goal List: what is your purpose for pursuing this passion? By writing your short term and long terms goals you allow yourself to create additional purpose to keep on your new path of participation without falling off the assignment.
- Create Supports: Whether or not you have family/friends or a therapist make sure there is someone who helps to keep you centered in the process of continued participation in your passions because sometimes you need someone there to let you know you are doing great.
Here’s to finding your passion fruit and being able to serve it up anyway you want because we are the masters of our own happiness.
