Summer is officially over, so, we reflect on the good weather days of spending more time outside and spending more money. Now that the fall is here, how about we recharge our wallets. Cutting back on daily spending is the way to go and can be done in multiple ways. Maybe you can make your own coffee instead of buying it, bring your lunch to work, buy off brand items instead of name brand, reduce impulse shopping, attend more free events than paid ones, carpool to work to save on gas money, and/or create a set shopping list when grocery shopping among other ways. The holidays are approaching fast, which means these savings can help buy the food and gifts needed for these times. I hope you have fun spending less and let us know how it’s going.
