Summertime is here for all. The weather is usually hot, the sun is out for many more hours, and there are more activities to enjoy outside of the home. The challenge for the month is to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible while the weather is warmer; other than going in and out of your house for work, how about you take a walk around the block, sit in the park, sit on your porch, sit in your backyard, play sports in the park, etc. Getting Vitamin D is very important and being outdoors only happens for a few months per year in most places, so enjoy it and let us know what you’re doing along the way.
