As we prepare for the start of the fall season, let’s work on creating a routine as it relates to our wellness. By reducing our stress, we can move into fall with less weight on our shoulders. This can include time to exercise or even time to meditate. You decide on what activity brings wellness to your life. Just make sure to create a routine where you can maximize your participation.
