It is now March and in a few days we will see Daylight Savings Time happen. With this we will spring forward 1 hour in preparation for more hours of daylight and the beginning of the Spring season. My challenge to you this month is to look into your mental closet and decide what fall/winter behaviors or habits you will leave behind as we go into this new season. After think about how your will choose to replace them. For example, I will remove being sedentary for longer periods and replace it with engaging in more exercise. I will also, go through my winter clothes I haven’t worn in a few winters and donate them, freeing space. The year is ticking fast and the first quarter is almost over. Now’s the time to decide what energy you want to bring into the spring.
