Happy 2024 to you all! The new year is here, how about we set our own personal weekly intentions/plans. By setting this at the start of each week for this month, we manifest the energy we want to see in for our day to day. So, for this first week after being off from work for a week, my intention is peace; the kids I work with will be without aggressive energy as we go through our sessions, there will be no conflicts with people, and I will have a good energy levels to get through the week.
