With it being Mental Health Awareness Month as well as the month of Mother’s here in America, my challenge to you is to check in. If you’re a women, what do you need. If there is a lot of stress happening to you check in on yourself and find your happy place. Something to give you a temporary escape. If you are not a woman, check in on a woman who may be in your life. Whether your mother, your friend, or another relative. If you see they are in need, offer a hand, or simply just ask if there is anything you can do for them.
