It’s easy to fall down into a trap of bad eating habits. One of the ways to nurture the body is by reducing sugar intake and increasing water consumption. The challenge of the month is to nurture your body by drinking the right amount of water per day. If you take your body weight and divide this by two you have a number. We will use this number to determine the amount of ounces to drink of water per day.
