We are in the month of September and there are only 3 weeks left in the official summer season. The days will start to get shorter with the sun going down earlier, but the temperatures will still be well enough to enjoy the outdoors for now. With that being said, My challenge is for you to think about something you can do now that can lead you into the fall season when we spend more days indoors. What activities would you like to start or restart. For myself, I slacked on my yoga this summer, so I will get back into it. For you it may be following food recipes to spend less money on restaurant food. Whichever activity you choose, try to commit to it and see how it makes you feel at the end of the month.
