Supportive Fridays (Part III)

Posted on August 22, 2025August 19, 2025 by Virtual Afro Woman

August is National Black Business Month. A time to support and to be an ally for equity in funding. In highlighting small businesses of people I have met along my journey of growing my own small business, today is present Soap Studio on Fifth. They are a handmade soap company that also include body scrubs. What I liked most about buying their soap is that they give you a mesh bag along with it as an exfoliator for your skin. So that makes it natural all while removing dead skin cells.

The scent I liked most was their Blue Smoke. It’s subtle with a shea butter base and a fragrance of caramel and tobacco. There are a few more options to choose from, so check out their website here. Support this business if you can.
