The summertime can be a busy time of year. The weather is warmer and there may be more activities to participate in. Sometimes you may get so busy that you forget to take care of yourself and your mental. The challenge for the month is to choose one activity to be done daily or weekly to make sure you nurture your mind, body, and soul. This can be something as small as listening to music to help relax you or going for a walk. Or it can be as large as going to workout in the gym. Whatever you choose just make sure it helps in keeping you at your best in order to enjoy the season.
