The weather is getting warmer and we are all ready to be outside, but let’s not forget self-care. Let’s challenge ourselves to take a few minutes each day to relax our minds with meditation. Meditation can be anything from sitting with your eyes closed for 10 minutes in silence, listening to music while laying still in the bath tub for some time, or even just sitting outside quitely looking at nature/water at the beach.
